The Olivet Discourse is a prophetic section of Scripture given in detail by Jesus in the last week of his life. It has a reputation of being one of the most difficult passages in all of the Bible to interpret, while some have even referred to it as the most significant passage on Bible prophecy because it provides the master outline of the end times.
A Pre-millennialist view the Olivet Discourse is that the events of Matthew 24-25 are unrelated to the church and the Rapture of the Church. Since Matthew’s audience was Jews looking for the coming King, the literal Kingdom on this earth in which he will reign for 1,000 years in the keeping of his covenants to the children of Israel is in view.
In this Bible study, Pastor Tim Lewis details the future events of Matthew 24-25 concerning Jesus’ Second Coming.
